The Brief

Avery Healthcare, one of the country's largest care home providers, believes that your later years should be as enriching as any other§ and that being cared for doesn't mean your quality of life is lowered, regardless of age or illness. Avery's homes combine design, staff, and residents to offer your loved one the opportunity to flourish, make friends, maintain contact with local communities, and live a life of possibility.

The Solution

We created an online advent calendar, which highlighted different charities and awareness websites for people with older family members and residents. Some days even included cooking shows with some residents! 
The Advent Calendar Online team were able to develop pop-up windows that we able to be populated with material from Avery Homes. This created a greater sense of connection and engagement with those that visited the advent calendar – allowing them to become more connected and invested with the brand during the festive season.
The inclusion of the topics in the windows became a talking point, so people would share a link to the calendar across social – raising awareness for the care provided by Avery Healthcare.
All of this resulted in a far wider social media reach than anticipated. This helped us obtain the goal of expanding their social media reach.
