The Brief

The tourist board for the city of Bern in Switzerland contacted our team of creative experts to create a bespoke online advent calendar to help them promote tourism in the city. When users entered the calendar to win prizes they also signed up to the BERN newsletter, therefore increasing the clients mailing list.

The calendar would help to showcase the experiences, trips and areas to visit across Bern by giving away amazing prizes such as; chocolate tasting at Casa Nobile, BERN city gift cards and even a round train trip in Switzerland.

Our ‘I Love BERN’ calendar reached over 177,000 people and received over 121,000 entries from not just Switzerland, but from countries across the globe including Germany, France and the USA.  

We ensured that all social media links were included on the calendar, including TripAdvisor to further increase the city's exposure.
