The Solution

The creation of two online advent calendars was commissioned, one for Lindt’s head office and the other for Lindt’s sales team. Each contained unique messages from the CEO that were applicable to staff from each department.

Lindt had a lot of ideas and content they wanted to include in their employee engagement drive and Advent Calendar Online provided the perfect platform.

Advent Calendar Online does not have to be used purely as a commercial marketing tool. As can be seen from Lindt’s success, it is a great internal HR tool to use during internal drives.

Employees loved the initiative, resulting and a huge uplift in staff energy over the Christmas period!
