Lindt is driven to not only provide customers with a great quality product - but to also provide their staff with a great place to work.

Lindt were looking for an employee engagement initiative across both their head office and sales teams. It’s said that a happy workforce is a productive workforce…. and Lindt’s use of advent calendar online made for one very merry Christmas…

The creation of 2 online advent calendars were commissioned, one for Lindt’s head office and the other for Lindt’s sales team. Each contained unique messages from the CEO that were applicable to staff from each department.

Lindt had a lot of ideas and content they wanted to include in their employee engagement drive and Advent Calendar Online provided the perfect platform.

Advent Calendar Online does not have to be used purely as a commercial marketing tool. As can be seen from Lindt’s success, it is a great internal HR tool to use during internal drives.

Employees loved the initiative, with Lindt receiving 451 competition entries and a total of 1,167 visits during the 24 day period.
